Refunds Policy
Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Sanag:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items purchased directly from Sanag, either online, can be returned to Sanag. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Opened software
- Electronic Software Downloads
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact us at jaysion@sanag.cn and follow the instructions provided by our team. We will provide you with the return address and any further instructions. Proof of purchase or order number will be required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
If you canceled an order before it was shipped, we will initiate your refund as soon as we process your cancellation request.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds on products purchased with a Sanag gift card will be issued as a Sanag gift card by email.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at jaysion@sanag.cn and we will provide the return address and further instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact us at jaysion@sanag.cn to initiate a return or refund. We will require proof of purchase or the order number to process the return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, we will provide the return address when you contact us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
