Shipping & Pickup

Standard delivery is free for all online orders. You can upgrade your delivery method for a faster and/or more convenient experience for an additional charge. Delivery options and timeframes available for the items in your order and for your location are presented during check-out.

Delivery Options

Sanag strives to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your order. Once you’ve placed an order, you can check the status and get an estimate of the shipment and delivery timing through your account’s order tracking page. Orders are processed and shipped as items become available.

Faster Delivery Options
Sanag prioritizes using FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) warehouses for faster shipping, ensuring that your order is delivered within 3-7 working days. If the FBA warehouse is out of stock, we will consider shipping from mainland China, with the delivery time depending on the logistics method. We will contact you to confirm if stock is unavailable or if a change of warehouse is required.

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order. The cost for each available delivery option will also be shown in your order confirmation email and on the order status page.

Notes About Delivery

– Sanag uses reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery of your order.
– We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
– Delivery times may vary based on your location, and shipping options will be detailed at checkout.

What's Next?

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email with details about your purchase. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Order Acknowledgement
The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items in your order, including the delivery address and estimated delivery date. You can click the delivery date to view more details about your order.

Shipment Notification
When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment notification email with the carrier name, tracking number, and estimated delivery date. You can track your package by clicking the tracking number in the email, which will take you to the carrier’s website or Sanag’s order tracking page.

Carrier Delivery Options

Sanag selects the carrier for your shipment, and in some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery. Your shipment notification email will inform you if a signature is necessary. The carrier may also request a signature at their discretion. If the carrier is unable to deliver the package, they may attempt redelivery before returning it to Sanag. Please note that once an order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Picking up Your Package from the Carrier
If you are not available to sign for the package, you may request to pick it up at the carrier’s local facility. After the first delivery attempt, call the number on the carrier’s Delivery Notice and inform them that you’d like to pick up the package yourself.

To collect your package, you may need to provide:
– The Delivery Notice
– A government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport) that matches the name and address on the package
– A secondary ID with your name on it (such as a credit card or social security card)

The carrier will only release the package to the person listed on the shipping address.

Some carriers may also offer additional delivery options, such as electronic signatures or specific delivery time windows. You can learn more about these services through the carrier’s website (e.g., FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS MyChoice).
